Meet the board of directors and CEO of MPT Mustard Products & Technologies.

Board Chair, John Cross

Mr. Cross began his career 46 years ago as a trained Chemical Engineer. He is accredited with founding and serving as Executive Director of POS Pilot Plant Corp. in Saskatoon, as well as founding partner and President, CEO, Chairman of Saskatoon-based Philom Bios Inc. Mr. Cross is currently engaged at the Board level in several agricultural, research, and economic development organizations.

CEO, Brad Munro

Mr. Munro had spent the past 20 + years as VP, Investments with a national venture capital firm. Mr. Munro has a vast range of experience in starting, financing and successfully growing emerging technological enterprises and has direct experience in developing a similar agricultural technological entity, and served as CEO for Humboldt Flour Mills, Canada's largest exporter of mustard seed, prior to its sale to Viterra Inc. Mr. Munro currently serves as a Director of 2 TSX listed companies, 2 TSX - Venture listed companies and 3 private entities. Mr. Munro has served as a director of over 25 public companies and an equal amount of private enterprises since 1993.

COO, Jay Robinson

Mr. Robinson brings with him a wealth of experience from both his time spent with MPT as a founding partner and through previous work in alternative pesticide management as a consultant and experienced Environmental Scientist. His past employment with the Department of Environment as an Alternative Pesticide Research Manager as well as domestic and international project leader and consultancy roles throughout the Caribbean and Central America are accredited to his career achievements. Mr. Robinson continues to be a strong asset to MPT, spearheading the commercialization of MPT's MustGrowâ„¢ product line.

Director, Darryn Knibbs

Mr. Knibbs is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, holding his CMA and Canadian Securities course. Mr. Knibbs has extensive experience in corporate development and is accredited with purchasing and selling private companies worth more than $75 million. As founder, president and CEO of Inter-West Ag Resources Limited, Mr. Knibbs completed the consolidation of 12 large agricultural retailers, which subsequently merged with a public company and was later sold to the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool.

Director, Warren Libby

Mr. Libby's career experience in senior positions in the Canadian and European agricultural crop protection industry is an asset to MPT. His entrepreneurial experience includes securing fifty percent ownership of Engage Agro, Canada's leading supplier of chemicals to the specialty crop markets. Mr. Libby is a member of a wide variety of industry committees and industry boards and is an active promoter and defender of the Crop Protection Institute of Canada.
